1 Definitions

2 Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "Register", creating an 08jl account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on the 08jl platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the 08jl Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and all game-specific rules published on the platform. 4 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your 08jl account. Specifically:

• You must keep your login credentials — username, password, and OTP codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your account access with any third party under any circumstances.
• You are responsible for all bets, transactions, and account modifications made through your account, whether made by you or by any third party who gained access through your credentials.
• You must immediately notify 08jl if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your registered mobile number or email address has been compromised.
• You are responsible for ensuring your device and network connection are secure before accessing 08jl. The use of public Wi-Fi networks or shared devices for account access is undertaken at your own risk.
• You must keep your contact information — including registered Philippine mobile number and email address — current and accurate at all times. Failure to do so may affect your ability to receive OTP codes, withdrawal notifications, and important account communications.

5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations, 08jl Casino is required to verify the identity of all players before enabling withdrawal of funds. KYC verification requires:

7.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are available to KYC-verified players only. The following conditions apply:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 08jl platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the 08jl platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the platform using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities in any 08jl game or platform feature. Discovered vulnerabilities must be reported to [email protected] and must not be exploited.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any transaction intended to conceal the proceeds of illegal activity through the 08jl platform, in violation of the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act.

• Accessing or attempting to access 08jl from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Chargeback fraud — initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on a GCash, Maya, or bank deposit after wagering those funds. Such action constitutes fraud and will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.
• Using the 08jl platform on behalf of, or sharing account access with, any person who is under 21 years of age, self-excluded, or otherwise prohibited from gambling.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 08jl Casino platform — including but not limited to: the 08jl brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, imagery, audio, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 08jl or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 08jl platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these terms. This licence does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 08jl intellectual property.

12 Limitation of Liability

• 08jl is not liable for any losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials, or from a player's voluntary disclosure of login details to a third party.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits 08jl's liability where such exclusion would be unlawful under Philippine consumer protection law or PAGCOR regulations.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

08jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct under Section 10.
• A request by PAGCOR, a Philippine court, or a law enforcement authority.
• The account holder is determined to be under 21 years of age.
• The account has been inactive for a consecutive period of twenty-four (24) months and holds a zero or near-zero PHP balance.
• Where required to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering, data protection, or other applicable regulations.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, 08jl reserves the right to forfeit the outstanding balance. Where closure is initiated for regulatory or compliance reasons unrelated to player misconduct, 08jl will return any verified PHP balance to the player's registered payment account after completing required compliance checks.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 08jl account may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure does not affect any winnings, pending withdrawals, or outstanding wagering requirement obligations.

14 Disputes & Complaints

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to:

• Presidential Decree No. 1869 (as amended), establishing PAGCOR and governing casino operations in the Philippines.
• Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its implementing rules.
• Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act) and its implementing regulations.
• The Civil Code of the Philippines and other applicable consumer protection statutes.

Any legal dispute arising from or relating to these terms that is not resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. By registering with 08jl, you irrevocably submit to this jurisdiction.
